Participants regularly affirm heightened awareness of LGBT concerns after a GLIDE engagement. In the presentation, GLIDE speakers: Challenge popularly held assumptions about gays, lesbians and sexual minorities. Provide accurate information about LGBT bias. Share their own experiences with homophobia and coming out. Generate an open, honest dialogue with the audience.
